What's in the Works

Kenson Ventures and The Madison Group have partnered to bring a best-in-class Life Science campus to Belmont, transforming aging industrial buildings into a vibrant new gateway to both Harbor Boulevard, Old County Road and the adjacent retail center on El Camino and Ralston Avenue. In keeping with the City-approved Belmont Village Specific Plan, Catalyst Labs is transit-oriented, perfectly situated on the CalTrain line.

Catalyst Labs will not only improve the neighborhood streetscapes and lend itself to pedestrian walkability and bikeability, it will also daylight the Belmont Creek and feature publicly accessible open spaces, creating an urban oasis for the entire community to enjoy.
